Terms and Conditions:

Initial Revision Policy:

Revisions cannot be requested after the work stage for that revision is complete. For instance, revisions to character design cannot be requested once character design is agreed upon and lineart is in progress. Need for revisions such as these will incur a fee based on how complete the model is. Exceptions to this policy are errors, which will always be revised.

Final Revision Policy:

Once presented with the near-final model, the client will have 2 "rounds" to state all revisions they would like to the product ( as long as it does not go against the initial revision policy). There will be no limits to revisions during these two rounds, but if any revisions are requested after they will cost an extra $15 each. This policy is to avoid working on a piece longer than necessary, as this disrupts the queue. Exceptions to this policy are errors, which will always be revised.

Return Revision Policy:

If any errors are found on the model after completion the client may request it to be fixed at anytime free of charge. Upgrades to the model will cost a discounted fee for returning clients.

Delay Policy:
If you need to delay your commission for any reason, delays over 2 weeks will be subject to price changes if website prices have been raised since the initial order. Delays over one month can result in a lost slot.

Order Revision Policy:

If you wish to change your commission order over 2 weeks after receiving your calculated price, your original price will no longer be "locked in" and your price will be re-calculated with most recent website prices. If you wish to add additional toggles to your order it can be calculated as an additional order if you wish to maintain the original pricing. If you choose to remove toggles, switch the commission type, or you have changed your character significantly since ordering (slight changes are fine) this will result in a recalculated price.

Cancellation Policy:

Those who would like to purchase a commission and get onto the queue must give an initial amount of $10, which will be kept in case of cancellation before the commission is started. If the commission is not cancelled the $10 will be subtracted from the commission quote. If a commission is cancelled mid-process only incomplete portions of the commission will be refunded, minus a $10 charge for cancelling.

Re-selling Policy:

Re-selling of a drawn/ rigged model is allowed HOWEVER you may not resell for a higher price than you bought it from me. The maximum price you may resell for is the price paid.

NFT Policy:

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned art and or rig for non fungible tokens. Use of my art and or rigging for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

Stream Usage:
Stream usage is included in the price, and there is no extra charge. If used for streaming, please include either my website or twitter in your credits section. Credit is required.

Merchandise Usage:

Although all character rights belong to you, the copyright for the artwork and rig belong to me (Slumbaby) and therefore using my artwork for merchandise will incur a royalties fee, to be discussed on a case by case basis. 

​

Privacy/ Secrecy of Commission:

For my portfolio and marketing reasons I may post and publish the process and final commission on my social medias. Not displaying commissions impedes both my portfolio and marketing. 

Corporate Clients:

Corporate fees start from 2x the base price charge of independent VTubers.
